All eBooks sold on SRJHeart.com are digital products.
Once payment has been successfully completed and the eBook has been delivered or made available for download, the order cannot be cancelled.

Consultation slots are reserved specifically for each customer.
Once a consultation has been booked or the chat session has started, the booking cannot be cancelled.
If you are unable to attend, please contact us in advance. Rescheduling may be offered at our sole discretion.
