We are committed to providing valuable digital content and services. Please read our Refund & Return Policy carefully before making a purchase.

Digital Products (eBooks)

All eBooks sold on SRJHeart.com are digital products.

Because digital files are delivered electronically and cannot be returned, all eBook purchases are final.

Once an eBook has been successfully delivered or made available for download, no refund, return, exchange, or cancellation will be provided.

Duplicate Payments

If you are charged more than once for the same order due to a technical error or payment issue, please contact us.

After verification, the duplicate payment will be refunded to your original payment method within a reasonable processing time.

Failed Delivery

If your payment is successful but you do not receive access to your purchased eBook due to a technical issue, please contact us.

We will either:

• Restore your download access, or
• Deliver the purchased digital product manually.

WhatsApp Chat Consultation

Consultation fees are charged for the time reserved specifically for you.

Once a consultation has been booked or the chat session has started, the consultation fee is non-refundable.

If SRJ Heart is unable to provide the scheduled consultation due to our own circumstances, you may be offered either:

• A rescheduled consultation, or
• A full refund.

Order Cancellation

Digital product orders cannot be cancelled once payment has been completed.

Please review your order carefully before making payment.

Exceptions

Refunds may only be considered in exceptional situations, including:

• Duplicate payment.
• Technical error resulting in unsuccessful delivery.
• Incorrect billing due to our mistake.

Refund requests are reviewed individually.
